Spiritual health and emotional health are more connected than we often realize.

Many people long to trust God to receive His peace, His presence, His healing. And yet, something inside holds them back. Not because they don’t want to believe—but because trust is not just a decision. It is also something we learn.

From our earliest years, trust is formed in relationship. We learn to trust when we feel safe.

When we are seen, comforted, and held with care. But when safety is missing, the body learns something else:

👉 to protect
👉 to stay alert
👉 to not fully open.

And this doesn’t only affect our relationships with people, it also shapes how we relate to God.

Even if we believe He is good, our body may not feel safe enough to trust.

In this presentation, we will explore:
